第 12 章 综合分析
12.1 概述
宏业智能商业管理系统同时提供了强大的综合分析功能,便于企业领导从宏观的角度
去观察分析整个企业的运营情况,并据此作出正确的决策判断。
宏业综合分析子系统主要包括概况分析、目标管理、品类分析、商品分析、采购分析、
厂商分析、部门分析、业绩分析八个分析模块。
概况分析对一段时间内的商品进货、销售、存货等情况进行概况统计分析。
目标管理是对部门、类别、品牌、业务员、客户进行销售目标的设定以及对目标
的完成度的考核,实现部门、类别、品牌、业务员、客户绩效考核。
类别分析按商品类别对商品的库存、销售、资金占用、毛利、周转情况等进行综
合分析。
商品分析按单品对商品的库存、销售、奖金占用、毛利、周转情况等进行综合分
析。
采购分析按采购对库存商品以及商品的销售情况作统计分析,从而为采购的业绩
考核提供了依据。
厂商分析对各厂商供应商品的销售情况作统计分析,据此可更好地组织货源。
部门分析对各个部门的销售情况作统计分析,并因此作出相应的调整策略,如扩
大绩优部门的货架排面。
业绩分析特别针对各部门、各采购在一定时间内的销售额、毛利额、毛利率等进
行统计分析,并进而对将来一段时间内的销售情况进行预测。
12.2 详细使用说明
12.2.1 概况分析
概况分析分为商品概况、进货概况、销售概况和存货概况四部分。
12.2.1.1 商品概况
商品概况可根据各部门或核算单位分别统计其商品种类、负库存和售价情况。操作上,
首先选择要分析的部门或核算单位,然后再选择分析开始日期和终止日期,最终结果类似
于图 12.2.1-1。

进货概况可根据各部门或核算单位分别统计其一段时间内的供货商数量以及与之相关
的进货、退货、结算和配送情况。通过进货概况,可大概了解商品的进货、退货及结算情
况,了解资金的运作情况。

12.2.1.4 存货概况
存货概况按部门或核算单位统计一段时间内的进价金额、售价金额、库存差价、差价
率及库存价格重心,一目了然地了解某部门的资金占用情况。
基本操作同上一小节,显示结果类似于如图 12.2.1-4 所示。
库存进价金额:现存商品数量按进价核算的金额;
库存售价金额:现存商品数量按售价核算的金额;
库存差价:库存售价金额与进价金额之间的差价金额;
库存差价率:库存差价占库存售价金额的比重,也等同于销售毛利率。
库存价格重心:库存商品的零售价重心价格。
