电子商务的物流模式---以京东物流为例
【摘要】随着科技革命的发展以及网络信息技术的不断进步,商业的发展也
展现出了新的活力,形成了新的商业模式——电子商务。电子商务的出现打破了
空间和时间对于商业活动的限制,使得商业贸易逐渐向全球化发展。与传统商业
不同,在现代的电子商务活动中,物流不再是以附加服务的身份出现,它作为实
现电子商务的保证,成为电子商务发展中的重要环节之一。因此,选择合适的物
流模式对内能够提高资源的利用率,优化资源的配置,降低企业的运作成本,促
进企业效益最大化;对外能够向消费者提供高品质的物流服务,提升客户满意度
和忠诚度,为企业树立自身形象以及提升在业内的口碑起到积极的作用。反之,
不适应企业发展需要的物流模式对内会加大企业的资金流压力,增加企业的经营
风险;对外不利于企业建立忠实客户群体。针对上述的问题,本文选取了具有代
表性的京东自营物流,运用 SWOT 分析法和问卷调查法分析京东自营物流模式的
优劣势,并针对京东物流发展面临的机遇和挑战提出自己的解决方法,为企业物
流模式的发展提供一种新的思路。

【Abstract】With the development of science and technology revolution
and the continuous progress of network information technology, the development of
business also shows new vitality, forming a new business model - e-commerce. The
emergence of e-commerce breaks the restrictions of space and time on commercial
activities, and makes commercial trade gradually develop towards globalization.
Different from the traditional business, in the modern e-commerce activities, logistics
no longer appears as an additional service. As a guarantee to realize e-commerce, it
has become one of the important links in the development of e-commerce. Therefore,
choosing a suitable logistics mode can improve the utilization rate of resources,
optimize the allocation of resources, reduce the operation cost of enterprises, and
promote the maximization of enterprise benefits; it can provide consumers with
high-quality logistics services, improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, and play a
positive role in building up their own image and improving their reputation in the
industry. On the contrary, the logistics mode that does not meet the needs of
enterprise development will increase the pressure of capital flow and business risk of
enterprises at home, and it is not conducive to the establishment of loyal customer
groups of enterprises at abroad. In view of the above problems, this paper selects
representative JD self-supporting logistics, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages
of JD self-supporting logistics mode by SWOT analysis and questionnaire survey, and
puts forward its own solutions to the opportunities and challenges faced by the
development of JD logistics, so as to provide a new idea for the development of
enterprise logistics mode.
