ABSTRACT
In recent years,as the market continues to improve,human resource management
degree itself also had a lot of changes. Therefore, many company's business units hope the
HR can provide further human resources support as the actual situation of the company and
the business sector needs. In order to meet the requirements of the business sector, many
companies began to try to change the human resources department.HRBP is that many
domestic enterprises learn from the successful experience of foreign companies and began to
