摘要
目前计算机专业研究生理论知识与技能不适应的情况愈发突出,亟需对计算机专业研究生培养模式
进行改革。培养模式改革要坚持需求导向和问题驱动,融合产业领域与教育领域各自的优势,通过
产教融合的实践教学基地建设方案,促进计算机专业研究生在具体实践活动中灵活运用所学理论知
识,从而提高其编程能力、问题分析与解决能力以及团队沟通能力。实践结果表明,基于产教融合
的实践教学基地在高校人才培养过程中取得了较好成效,可助力计算机研究生教学质量的提升。
Abstract
In view of the increasingly prominent situation that the theoretical knowledge and
skills of graduate students majoring in computer are not suitable, it is urgent to
reform the training mode of graduate students majoring in computer. The training of
graduate students majoring in computer should play a demand-oriented and
problem driven role, integrate their respective advantages in the field of industry
and education, and adopt the construction scheme of practical teaching base
integrating industry and education, Promote computer graduates to flexibly use
their theoretical knowledge in specific practical activities to improve their
programming ability, problem analysis ability, team communication ability and
problem-solving ability. It organically combines the comprehensive quality and
practical ability of computer postgraduates to help improve the quality of computer
postgraduates' education and teaching. The training mode of practical teaching base
integrating industry and education has achieved good results in the training of
talents in colleges and universities,which helps promote the teaching quality of
computer major postgraduate.
