农村村务管理系统的设计与实现
摘要
农村,对应于城市的称谓,与人口集中的城镇比较,农村地区人口呈散落
居住。农村同城市相比有其特点:
(1)人口稀少,居民点分散在农业生产的环境之中,具有田园风光。
(2)家族聚居的现象较为明显。
(3)工业、商业、金融、文化、教育、卫生事业的发展水平较低。
随着社会的发展农村村务管理系统是一个基层农村工作中不可缺少的部分
它的内容对于农村的村干部和广大农民来说都至关重要,所以农村村务管理系统
应该能够为用户提供方便的操作和快捷的查询手段。
本次毕业设计任务是通过学习用 Delphi 开发数据库系统。采用 Delphi7.0
软件为开发工具、以 ACCESS2003 为后台数据库;通过对计算机硬件和软件
解决方案的论证;对应用领域进行调查分析;参考各种资料和进行数据库编程
实践。使得设计的数据库系统能够实现一般数据库的管理。本文的农村村务管
理系统,包括系统管理、家庭管理、人口管理、查询报表等主要界面,分别有
添加、删除、保存、浏览等功能。
本文给出了该系统的整个系统分析、设计以及实现的过程,包括需求分析
功能模块的分析与设计、数据模式的分析与设计,最后是系统的 Delphi 实现。

Abstract
Rural areas, corresponding to the title of the city, compared with the population is
concentrated in the towns, were scattered population living in rural areas. Rural areas
compared with cities of its features:
(1) sparsely populated settlements scattered in the agricultural production
environment, with the rural scenery;
(2) family inhabited the phenomenon is more obvious;
(3) industrial, commercial, financial, cultural, education and health, a lower level
of development.
With the social development of rural village management system is a grass-roots
rural work indispensable part of its contents for the majority of the rural village cadres
and farmers are essential, so the rural village management system should be able to
provide users easy operation and fast query tool.
The graduation project task is to develop by learning to use Delphi database
system. Delphi7.0 software development tools used to ACCESS2003 for the back-end
database; by computer hardware and software solutions for the demonstration;
investigation and analysis of the applications; reference a variety of information and
database programming practice. Makes the design of the database system to achieve
the general database management. This rural village management system, including
system management, home management, population management, reporting and other
major interfaces, respectively, add, delete, save, browsing and other functions.
In this paper, the whole system of the system analysis, design and
implementation process, including needs analysis, functional analysis and module
design, data analysis and design patterns, and finally the Delphi system
implementation.

保证数据库信息的准确与安全。验证操作员及其密码,如果符合则允许登录,否则提示用户用
户名或密码不正确。本模块包含的组件有一个 MAINMENU、一个 ADOTABLE、两个 EDIT、
两个 LABEL、两个 BITBTN。在这个模块中用到一个全局变量 PASS,用来检验是否登陆,当
用户输入密码时,系统自动进行检验,如果条件符合,则登陆界面变为不可见主窗体中菜单可
