Road traffic map automatic identification system
Abstract:
Off the development of science and technology and need people to constantly
adapt to the fast pace of change, new technology and tools appear constantly in our
lives, in improving working efficiency at the same time unavoidably cause some other
problems, such as used habit of old technology is not applicable, not
compatible.Described in this article is to solve the contents of an "old tools"
incompatible problem: let EmguCV this for C/C + + platform of image processing
library to its powerful function and based on the C # language. NE T platform
We use ASP.NET technology, based on C/S model we developed a EmguCV
unmanned aerial vehicle (uav) based image processing system.In our system, the
system can for unmanned aerial vehicle (uav) camera, video were collected by face
humanoid algorithm, to calculate the number of video, achieve the function of the
personnel to identify and timely rescue.
