Abstract
Liquid level control is an important parameter control in the process of industrial
control. Its performance and quality of work not only have a great impact on
production, but also related to the safety of production. Previously, a large number of
liquid level control is by the staff to operate, so that artificial means a lot of
drawbacks, such as liquid level control, and so on the night of monitoring, the
operator slightly negligence, or simply monitor parts damaged, will bring irreparable
loss, a more serious crisis to production personnel the personal safety. So, if the use of
sophisticated and complete production will be in strict accordance with the provisions
of the operation of the automation system, can maximize the chances of avoiding
accidents, but also save resources and can effectively improve the efficiency of
production.
Through the research of the liquid level control system, this paper designed a
liquid level control system with 8051 single chip microcomputer as the core and
photoelectric sensor as the detection element, and realized the alarm and automatic
switching function. The system is easy to operate and has good performance. It meets
the need of boiler water level control. This paper also gives the detailed hardware
block diagram and software flow chart, and compiles the assembly language program.
