概述:
海富制衣厂根据业务需要,确定开发一个“人事管理系统”,以取代现在的完全人工管理。
开发的基本目标包括:员工个人资料的录入、部门资料录入、职务变动记录和管理、员工调
动记录等。人事管理系统需要完成以下几项大的功能:
(1) 新员工资料的输入;
(2) 人事变动的详细记录,包括岗位和部门的调整;
(3) 员工信息的查询。
(4) 员工信息统计打印。
一、需求分析:
1.1 用户需求:人事管理系统是非常通用的管理信息系统,是企业单位实现办公自动化的
前提和基础。由于该厂现在是完全的人工管理,我们的系统主要是帮助他们以自动化的方
式来取代现有的人工管理以便于该厂领导掌握人员的动向,与时高速人才的分配。
