Abstract
Boilercombustioncontrolsystemincludesfuelcontrolsystem,airsupplycontrolsystemandairintak
econtrolsystem.First,weexploredthecontrolmechanismandthecontrolledobject,builtthecontrolmodel
accordingtothemathematicalformulaandcontrolstrategy,andanalyzedthesimulationresultsthroughM
ATLAB/SIMULINKsimulation.Themainpurposeofthisdesignistoanalyzetheexternalcauseoftheinfl
uenceofthetemperatureofthepowerstationboiler,andtoestablishthecascadePIDcontrolofthepowerstat
ionboilermainsteamtemperaturecontrolsystemscheme;Theautomatictemperaturecontrolsystemisdes
ignedaccordingtothePIDcontrolsystem.Onthebasisofthisdesignscheme,wecarriedoutmatlabsimulati
onontheoveralldesignschemeandoverallcontrolstrategyoftheintelligenttemperaturecontrolsystem.Fi
nally,accordingtothesimulationresults,itcanbeseenthatthecontrolmethodandstrategyofthisdesignaref
easibleandeffective.
WiththedevelopmentofelectricboilertechnologyandintelligentcontrolsysteminChina,thetraditi
onalelectricboilercannotmeettheneedsofcustomers.Inordertoimprovetheproblemofshortboardintem
peraturefluctuationoftraditionalelectricboiler.Inthisgraduationproject,therelativelyadvanced,fastan
dintelligentcontrolmechanismwillbeused.ThecontrolbrainofthesystemisPIDcontrolsystem,thecoalp
owerstationboilertemperaturecontrolsystemisdesignedwithintelligenttemperaturecontrol,alarmando
therfunctions,butalsocost-
effective,accurate,lowenergyconsumptioncharacteristics,hasbroughtagreatimpactonpeople'slives,in
themarketisverypopular.
Thetemperaturecontrolsystemofpowerstationboilerisanimportantdevelopmentdirectionofpowe
rstationboilerinthefuture.Themainsteamtemperatureisthemainperformanceparameteroftheboiler,sot
heintelligentcontrolofthemainsteamtemperatureofthepowerstationboilerisofvitalimportancetotheaut
omation,efficiency,safetyandconvenienceofthedomesticpowerplant.Itisdifficultforconventionalcon
trolsystemstomaintainexcellentcontrolqualityundertheconditionsofnonlinear,largeinertia,largedelay
