无应力状态法在大跨径拱桥施工中的应用

摘要
:
为了实现拱桥经施工成桥后拱肋的线形及内力与设计状态一致,在拱桥的施工控制中引入了无应力状态思想。对采
用斜拉扣挂的缆索吊装、悬臂浇筑、转体施工等工法的大跨径拱桥,讨论了无应力状态思想的具体实施方法,提出了扣索索
力的计算公式。并将其用于 500m 级的钢管混凝土拱桥和 200m 级悬臂浇筑拱桥施工计算,结果表明成拱后的拱肋线形与设
计线形一致。

Abstract: In order to achieve the problem that the shape and internal force of the arch rib will be same as th
e design state after construction,stress-free state method was introduced in the arch bridge construction controll
ing.The concrete implementation method was discussed and the cable force calculation formula was put forward
for the long-span arch bridge,using cable-hoisting ,cast-in-cantilever,swivelling method with suspension hung.And
used the method in the calculation of 500m level concrete filled steel tubular arch bridge and 200m level cant
ilever pouring arch bridge construction, the results show that the arch rib shape are both same as the designed.
