The 1M feedback resistor is optional for 12MHz crystal circuit. The reference
12MHz crystal design with CL 27pF should be within 12MHz +- 30ppm.

The D1 diode are invert protection for bus power input in AX68002 application.
Please select low VF within VF<0.35v for less V-Bus voltage loss. The R37
and R38 resists for impedence control.
