杂环二胺中的4,7-二苯基-1,10-菲咯啉和生色试剂中的茜素黄R已用于分光光度法测定杂配体锰配合物形式的锰。 建立了该配合物的形成,提取条件,理化性质和分析特性。 观察到5.5-11.0 pH范围为复合物形成pH范围。 因此,提取率和稳定性常数为Kext = 8.32×1014和lgβK= 7.2±0.1。 摩尔吸收率是ε=(2.27±0.08)×104 l·g-1·cm-1。 锰含量在0.5-23.0μkg之间(II)遵守比尔定律。 提出了萃取光度法测定锰的方法。 研究了陌生人离子对锰(II)测定的影响。 为了成功地测定茄子中锰的含量,该方法已成功应用。

Abstract
4,7-diphenyl-1,10-phenantroline from heterocyclic diamines and alizarine
yellow R from chromogenic reagents have been used for spectrophotometric
determination of manganese in the form of heteroligand manganese complex.
The complex formation and extraction condition, physical-
chemical and
analytical characteristics of this complex have been established. 5.5 - 11.0

1. Introduction
Manganese is a trace element essential for living organisms include plants as a
nutrient participates in photosynthesis, enzyme activation, carbohydrate meta-
bolism and phosphorylation [1].
Besides of this manganese is used as a very important hardening agent in steel
industry. That’s why it often requires to determinate the amount of manganese
in chemical, biological and environmental samples.
