摘 要
随着 Internet 的迅速崛起,信息网络化成为时代的主题。许多行业在经营
管理过程中对计算机技术的依赖程度不断增强。对于自行车行业来说,由于自行
车的普及以及自行车工业的发展,自行车租赁成为近年兴起的一新兴行业,其传
统的手工管理方式不但浪费人力、时间,而且管理复杂多样、易出差错,为了减
轻工作人员的工作负担,我们利用计算机来完成这一工作,使管理工作变得更加
准确、高效、清晰,自行车租赁管理系统有效的解决了纸质手工处理业务时效率
低下和数据信息易丢失的问题,使用户查询车辆信息更快捷,更便于管理员对车
辆和用户的管理,这样大大提高了工作效率。
本设计的开发是基于 B/S 结构,采用 JSP 程序设计语言及 SQL2005 数据库进
行开发自行车租赁行业管理信息系统;论文首先阐述了自行车租赁行业管理信息
系统的开发,并对该系统进行了较详细的需求分析;然后探讨了该系统需要实现
的设计方案,该系统主要包括前台:用户管理,角色管理,权限管理,分店管理,
自行车资源类型管理,自行车查询,租赁,结算等功能,最后在测试与分析过程
中,该系统表现出了运行稳定、可靠和实用等特性,具有一定的实用价值。

Abstract
With the rapid rise of the Internet, information network has become the main
theme of the times. Many industries in the process of management and operation
depends on computer technology unceasing enhancement. For the automotive
industry, because of the popularization of cars and the development of automobile
industry, car rental has become a new industry in recent years, the traditional manual
management is not only a waste of manpower, time, and manage complex, error prone,
in order to reduce the workload of the staff, we use computer to complete this work,
make management has become more accurate, efficient, clear, car rental management
system is an effective solution to the paper manual processing business efficiency and
data information is easily lost problems, allowing users to query the vehicle
information more quickly, more convenient for the administrator of the vehicle and
user management, which greatly improves the work efficiency.
Development of this design is based on B/S structure, using JSP programming
language and SQL2005 database management information system development of car
rental industry; this paper describes the development of management information
system of the car rental industry, and the system is analyzed in detail; then discusses
design scheme of the system need to be implemented, the system including front desk:
user management, role management, rights management, branch management,
automotive resources type management, car rental, query, and other functions, finally,
through testing and analyzing, it shows this system is stable, reliable and practical
characteristics, and has a certain practical value.
