摘 要 21 世纪的今天,随着社会的不断发展与进步,人们对于信息科学化的认识,
已由低层次向高层次发展,由原来的感性认识向理性认识提高,管理工作的重要性已逐渐被
人们所认识,科学化的管理,使信息存储达到准确、快速、完善,并能提高工作管理效率,
促进其发展。
众多高校为了响应国家的号召,很多管理办法都落实到科学管理,通过计算机来实现对
学校的具体管理办法当中,不仅仅促进了学校里计算机系统管理的发展,同时一定程度上加
大了对学校的管理力度,数据量的不断增加,通过计算机管理让数据变得更加容易管理和安
全。因此,结合计算机计算的成熟,特开发了本新生入学报道系统。
新生入学报道系统的设计与实现是采用 JSP 技术,MYSQL 数据库,基于 B/S 结构进行
设计开发。系统主要包括三大功能模块,分班模块,宿舍管理模块,基础学生数据管理模块。
系统功能齐全,实现了新生入学报道系统的系统化、科学化,既可以提高服务质量,又大大
的促进了学校管理的发展。

Abstract Pick to the 21st century, with the continuous development of society and
progress, people for the understanding of the scientific information, has been
developed from low level to high level development, from perceptual knowledge to
rational knowledge, the importance of management work has been gradually known
by people, scientific management, to store information accurate, fast, perfect, and can
improve the work efficiency of management, promote its development.
In response to the country's call for many universities, a lot of measures for the
management to scientific management, through the computer to implement the
specific measures for the administration of the school, not only promoted the
development of the computer system in the school management, at the same time, we
intensified the efforts on the management of the school, to a certain extent, increasing
the amount of data, through the computer make it easier to data management and
security management. Therefore, mature of computer calculation, this new report
system is developed.
New report system is using JSP technology, the design and implementation of the
MYSQL database, design and development based on B/S structure. System mainly
includes three major functional modules, divide into classes, dormitory management
module, the module based on student data management module. System function is
well-found, the implementation of the freshmen reported system systematic, scientific,
and can improve the quality of services, and greatly promoted the development of the
school management.
