摘 要
民以食为天,外卖点餐系统餐饮业一直是与人们日常生活息息相关的产业。传统
的电话外卖点餐或者到店消费已经不能适应市场发展的需求。随着网络的迅速崛起,
互联网日益成为提供信息的最佳俱渠道和逐步走向传统的流通领域,传统的餐饮业进
而也面临着巨大的挑战,此时推出外卖外卖点餐非常适时。
与传统的电话外卖点餐以及去店里外卖点餐的方式相比,外卖外卖点餐有着自己
独特的优点——直观、互动性强、成本低、方便快捷。顾客可以及时了解到最新商品,
及时反馈商家的服务;也能在商家营业的任何时候下单,并且自由决定送餐时间,这
对于消费者也是更好的服务。对于商家来说,也可以更方便地留住有价值的客户,挖
掘潜在客户等。网络外卖点餐提供图文并茂,及时更新的丰富消息,这一定程度上给
客户更多的选择权和自由权。目前网络外卖点餐形式主要有商家入驻网络、自己创建
店铺的等,本论文主要论述了如何使用 JAVA 语言开发一个外卖点餐系统 ,本系统将
严格按照软件开发流程进行各个阶段的工作,采用 B/S 架构,面向对像编程思想进行
项目开发。在引言中,作者将论述外卖点餐系统的当前背景以及系统开发的目的,后
续章节将严格按照软件开发流程,对系统进行各个阶段分析设计。
外卖点餐系统的主要使用者分为管理员和用户,实现功能包括管理员:首页、个
人中心、用户管理、餐厅信息管理、菜品分类管理、菜品信息管理、订单评价管理、
系统管理、订单管理,用户:首页、个人中心、订单评价管理、我的收藏管理、订单
管理,前台首页;首页、餐厅信息、菜品信息、公告信息、个人中心、后台管理、购
物车、客服等功能。由于本网站的功能模块设计比较全面,所以使得整个外卖点餐系
统信息管理的过程得以实现。
本系统的使用可以实现外卖点餐系统管理的信息化,可以方便管理员进行更加方
便快捷的管理,可以提高管理人员的工作效率。

Abstract
Food is the most important thing for the people. The catering industry of
take away system has always been closely related to people's daily life. The
traditional telephone take out order or store consumption has been unable to
meet the needs of market development. With the rapid rise of the Internet, the
Internet is increasingly becoming the best channel to provide information and
gradually moving towards the traditional circulation field. The traditional
catering industry is also facing huge challenges. At this time, it is very
timely to launch take out order.
Compared with the traditional way of telephone take out order and taking
out order in the store, take out order has its own unique advantages - intuitive,
interactive, low cost, convenient and fast. Customers can know the latest
products in time and feed back the service of the business in time; they can
also place orders at any time when the business is open and freely decide the
meal delivery time, which is also a better service for consumers. For businesses,
it is more convenient to retain valuable customers and tap potential customers.
Online takeout provides rich information with both pictures and texts, which
gives customers more choices and freedom to a certain extent. At present, the
form of online takeout ordering mainly includes businesses entering the network
and creating their own shops. This paper mainly discusses how to use java
language to develop a takeout ordering system. The system will carry out the
work in each stage in strict accordance with the software development process,
and adopt B / S architecture to develop the project oriented to the image
programming idea. In the introduction, the author will discuss the current
background of the takeaway system and the purpose of the system development.
The following chapters will analyze and design the system in each stage in
strict accordance with the software development process.
The main users of takeaway ordering system are administrator and user. The
functions include administrator: home page, personal center, user management,
restaurant information management, dish classification management, dish
information management, order evaluation management, system management, order
management, user: home page, personal center, order evaluation management, my
collection management, order management, front page Home page, restaurant
information, dish information, announcement information, personal center,
background management, shopping cart, customer service and other functions.
Due to the comprehensive design of the functional modules of this website, the
whole process of information management of the takeout ordering system can be
realized.
The use of this system can realize the information management of takeout
ordering system, which can facilitate the administrator to manage more
conveniently and quickly, and improve the work efficiency of management
personnel.
