某四层框架结构和桩基础教学楼结构设计
【摘要】 本毕业设计的内容是教学楼结构设计。本工程共四层,采用框架结构
和桩基础,位于 6 度抗震区,场地为软弱土,风荷载为 0.7kN/m
2
。采用 PKPM CAD
系列软件进行板、梁、柱的电算部分。楼梯设计和桩基础设计采用手算。根据设
计条件所给的建筑图纸进行整体结构布置,确定梁、柱的尺寸,板厚,剪力墙的
位置和尺寸,板和梁上荷载,用 PMCAD 建模,设置各种计算参数,用 SATWE
进行结构计算。根据 PKPM 的电算结果绘制板、梁、柱的配筋图。在手算楼梯和
基础之后绘制楼梯结构图、桩位布置图、基础平面图、基础详图。整个设计过程
参考规范及手册,这非常有利于更好地掌握和理解过去四年所学的整个专业知识。

Jiaochuan Primary School:Part 2
【Abstract】 The graduation project content is to design the building 3# of Jiaochuan
Primary School. This is a four-storey building, adopting frame structure and pile
foundation. It is located 6 anti-seismic regions with soft soil. The wind load is 0.7kN/m
2
.
The inertial force analysis of slabs, beams and columns was conducted using PKPM
software. The design of staircase and pile foundation was conducted with hand
calculation. Firstly the overall construction arrangement was carried on according to the
construction blueprint which the design conditions provide. Secondly the PKPM model
was built step by step after deciding the size of beams and columns, the thickness of
slabs, the locations and size of shearing force walls, the loadings on the slabs and beams
and other computation parameters. The calculation work was finished by SATWE.
According to the PKPM’s calculation results, the reinforcement plans of slabs, beams
and columns were drawn. After the hand calculation of the stair and pile foundation, the
reinforcement plans of the stair structure, the pile position arrangement as well as the
foundation plan were drawn. The entire design process referred to national
specifications and handbooks, and this is very helpful for mastering and comprehending
the whole professional knowledge better which was studied in the past four years.
