我国第三代移动通信技术
――TD-SCDMA
摘 要
3G 是“3rdGeneration”(第三代)的缩写,即第三代移动通信系统(IMT-2000),它是高速移
动数据网络通信领域的行业术语。狭义地讲,3G 就是指国际电信联盟(ITU)确定的三大主流
无线接口标准:W-CDMA(宽频分码多重存取)、CDMA2000(多载波分复用扩频调制)和
TDS-CDMA(时分同步码分多址接入)。
纵观移动通讯系统的发展历史,模拟移动手机被称作“第一代”;数字移动手机被列入“第
二代”;而其后的发展技术被称作“第三代”。当前全球还存在多种第一代和第二代通讯系统,
它们成为全球范围内普及单一通讯终端设备的一个阻力,3G 技术的产生是必然的。3G 技术
的设计基础是支持全系列的移动多媒体系统,其对多种数据速率提供灵活的支持,不仅可以
传送语音数据,它还能够处理图像、音乐、视频流等多种媒体形式,提供包括网页浏览、电
话会议、电子商务等多种信息服务。为了提供这种服务,无线网络必须能够支持不同的数据
传输速度,也就是说在室内、室外和行车的环境中能够分别支持至少 2Mbps(兆字节/每秒)、
384kbps(千字节/每秒)以及 144kbps 的传输速度。
相对于前两代移动通信技术,3G 的数据传输速率大大提高,这成为 3G 可以提供更多
无线移动增值业务的重要前提。在电子商务应用方面,3G 技术使得物流配送、移动支付变
得更加快捷、方便,再加上一系列安全技术的保障,让电子商务获得更大的发展。当然,在
目前阶段,3G 技术并没有达到完美的程度,其中还存在着一些问题,3G 技术面临的最大挑
战是系统的标准化,如何能够支持单一通讯终端设备可以在全球范围内得到通用。这些问题
也会对电子商务的发展造成一定影响。因此,3G 技术还有待进一步的完善。
TD-SCDMA 是由我国提出的拥有自主知识产权的第三代移动通信标准,是 ITU 认可的三
大主流标准之一。国家对 TD-SCDMA 的投入逐渐加大,政策的鼓励对 TD-SCDMA 整个产业的发
展起到巨大的推动作用,对 TD-SCDMA 的研究已成为通信领域的研究热点。

Abstract
3G is the "3rdGeneration" (third generation) of the acronym, that is, the third
generation mobile communication system (IMT-2000), it is the high-speed mobile data
network communications industry terminology. Narrowly speaking, 3G refers to the
International Telecommunication Union (ITU) to determine the three major wireless
interface standard: W-CDMA (Broadband Code Division Multiple Access), CDMA2000
(multi-wavelength division multiplexing spread spectrum modulation is contained),
and TDS-CDMA ( Time Division Synchronous Code Division Multiple Access).
Throughout the history of mobile communication systems, analog mobile phones known
as the "first generation"; digital mobile phones included in the "second generation";
and the subsequent development of technology is called "third generation." At
present there are a variety of the world's first-and second-generation communication
systems, they become the worldwide popularity of a single communication terminal
equipment, a resistance, 3G technology, the production is inevitable. The design
is based on 3G technology to support a full range of mobile multimedia systems, which
provide flexible data rates for a variety of support, not only can send voice data,
it can handle images, music, video streaming and other forms of media services
including web browsing, conference calls, e-commerce and other information services.
In order to provide this service, wireless network must be able to support different
data transfer rate, ie indoor, outdoor, and driving environment to each support at
least 2Mbps (megabytes / second), 384kbps (kilobytes / per seconds), and the
transmission speed of 144kbps.
Compared with the previous two generations of mobile communication technology, 3G
data transfer rate greatly increased, which can become a 3G wireless mobile
value-added services to provide more important prerequisite. In e-commerce
applications, 3G technology enables logistics and distribution, mobile payment has
become faster and more convenient, plus a range of security technology, security,

TD-SCDMA is China's independent intellectual property rights raised by the third

industry as a whole played a huge role in promoting the development of TD-SCDMA
