Study on the Deformation Monitoring Method of
High-rise Buildings
ABSTRACT
With the rapid development of national economy and the acceleration of
urbanization process, the construction industry is developing to the high-level, super
high-level.Now, with the continuous acceleration of China's economy, especially
since the implementation of the national opening policy, China's construction industry
has also achieved rapid development, from multi-level to even super high-level
development.In the initial stage of China's construction industry, China is still a basic
multi-storey building, most of which are built by masonry bricks. Most of these
multi-storey buildings will appear settlement or cracks, or even askew, which will
affect the life and property safety of residents and bring great economic losses to the
country.We should pay great attention to the deformation observation of the building,
which is a very important link in the construction, deformation monitoring is to
monitor whether the deformation of the building meets the safety of the building, is
the most important means to obtain real-time dynamic information of the building.It
plays an important role in the quantity and scientific research.The main steps and
dachbau investigation and research means and procedures of deformed buildings
monitoring and ensure stability, as well as what methods and procedures, effectively
control the safety construction and environmental protection of transformation
buildings.In short, one of the most important disciplines in architecture and design is
the observation of buildings, especially geography, the changes in the water levels
monitored, and the intensity and noise.
