Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,
beigefügt finden Sie den FDIS-Entwurf für ISO FDIS 22900-2. Die nationale
Umfrage für dieses Projekt läuft bis zum 28. September 2008. Der AA-I3/AK1
wird die Abstimmung abschließend am 29. September auf seiner Sitzung
beraten. Sollten Sie nicht an der Sitzung teilnehmen können, so haben Sie die
Möglichkeit Ihre Abstimmungsempfehlung über die Voting Booth abzugeben.
Bitte teilen Sie uns in diesem Fall bis zu genanntenTermin unter Nutzung der
"Voting Booth" (elektronische Abstimmung via DIN-LL) mit, ob Sie diesem
Entwurf zustimmen, ihn ablehnen oder sich der Stimme enthalten. Im Falle einer
Ablehnung ist diese mit einem technischen oder generellen Kommentar zu
begründen. Für Kommentare verwenden Sie bitte in jedem Fall das ISO-
Kommentarformular. Bei einem FDIS-Voting sind im Falle der Zustimmung nur
redaktionelle Kommentare zulässig. Technische Kommentare erzwingen eine
Ablehnung.
Die Abstimmung läuft parallel im zuständigen übergeordneten Gremium, dem
AA-I3. Sollten Sie parallel auch Mitglied oder Vertreter des AA-I3 sein, so
nutzen Sie bitte die Voting Booth dieses Gremiums!
Die Auswertung und Festlegung der deutschen Abstimmung erfolgt auf Basis
einer einfachen Mehrheitsentscheidung. Nicht eingehende
Abstimmungsvorschläge werden als "Stimmentenhaltung" gewertet.
