摘 要
21 世纪的今天,随着社会的不断发展与进步,人们对于信息科学化的认识,已由低层次
向高层次发展,由原来的感性认识向理性认识提高,管理工作的重要性已逐渐被人们所认识,
科学化的管理,使信息存储达到准确、快速、完善,并能提高工作管理效率,促进其发展。
论文主要是对高校奖学金管理系统进行了介绍,包括研究的现状,还有涉及的开发背景,
然后还对系统的设计目标进行了论述,还有系统的需求,以及整个的设计方案,对系统的设
计以及实现,也都论述的比较细致,最后对高校奖学金管理系统进行了一些具体测试。
本文以 Java 为开发技术,实现了一个高校奖学金管理系统。高校奖学金管理系统的主要
实现功能包括:管理员:首页、个人中心、学生管理、辅导员管理、教务处管理、奖学金类
型管理、奖学金信息管理、学生成绩管理、奖惩信息管理、奖学金申请管理、公告信息管理。
学生:首页、个人中心、奖学金信息管理、学生成绩管理、奖惩信息管理、奖学金申请管理、
公告信息管理,辅导员;首页、个人中心、学生管理、学生成绩管理、奖惩信息管理、奖学
金申请管理、公告信息管理,教务处;首页、个人中心、学生管理、学生成绩管理、奖惩信
息管理、奖学金申请管理、公告信息管理通过这些功能模块的设计。基本上实现了整个高校
奖学金管理系统的过程。
具体在系统设计上,采用了 B/S 的结构,同时,也使用 Java 技术在动态页面上进行了设
计,后台上采用 Mysql 数据库,是一个非常优秀的高校奖学金管理系统。

Abstract
Today in the 21st century, with the continuous development and progress of society, people's
understanding of information science has developed from low level to high level, from the original
perceptual knowledge to rational knowledge, and the importance of management has been gradually
recognized by people. Scientific management can make information storage accurate, fast and
perfect, improve the efficiency of work management, and promote its development development.
This paper mainly introduces the university scholarship management system, including the current
situation of the research, and the development background involved, and then discusses the design
objectives of the system, the requirements of the system, as well as the whole design scheme. The
design and implementation of the system are also discussed in detail. Finally, some specific tests are
carried out on the university scholarship management system .
In this paper, Java is used as the development technology to implement a university scholarship
management system. The main functions of university scholarship management system include:
Administrator: home page, personal center, student management, counselor management, academic
affairs office management, scholarship type management, scholarship information management,
student performance management, reward and punishment information management, scholarship
application management, announcement information management. Students: home page, personal
center, scholarship information management, student achievement management, reward and
punishment information management, scholarship application management, announcement
information management, counselors; home page, personal center, student management, student
achievement management, reward and punishment information management, scholarship
application management, announcement information management, academic affairs office; home
page, personal center, student management, student achievement management Management, reward
and punishment information management, scholarship application management, announcement
information management through the design of these functional modules. Basically, the whole
process of university scholarship management system is realized.
Specifically in the system design, using the B / S structure, at the same time, also using Java
technology in the dynamic page design, the backstage using MySQL database, is a very excellent
university scholarship management system.
