AIAG CQI-17:2021(V2) Special Process:Electronic Assembly Manufacturing-Soldering System Assessment (特殊工艺:电子组装制造-焊接系统评估)。

Special Process: Electronic Assembly Manufacturing -
Soldering System Assessment
Version 2
Is
sued August 2021
1 INTRODUCTION
1.1 General
AIAG~
The work
of
preparing CQI-17: Special Process: Electronic Assembly Manufacturing - Soldering System
Assessment (EAM-SSA) was carried out through the AIAG Soldering Work Group. These soldering
requirements are complementary
to
customer and product standards.
English is the official language
of
the AI
AG
CQI-17 EAM-SSA.
If
th
ere are any inconsistencies or
contradictions as a result
of
a CQI-17 translation, the English version shall pre
va
il.
The EAM-SSA can be used to assess
an
organization's ability to meet the requirements in
th
is
assessment, as well as customer, regulatory, and the organization's own requirements. The EAM-SSA can
also be used between an organization and its suppliers.
In the EAM-SSA, the word "shall" indicates a requirement for purposes
of
the
self
-assessment. The word
"should" indicates a recommendation. Where the terms
"g
uideline" and/or
"su
ch as" are used, any
suggestions giv
en
are for guidance only.
Compliance to the CQI-17 EAM-SSA is determined
by
:
• Ideal
c::
95%
of
the total number
of
items checked on the Process Tables assessed (without any
''Needs Immediate Action")
• Acceptable "Satisfactory" (1)
c::
85% and <95%
•
''N
ot Satisfactory" (0) <85%
•
"N
eeds Immediate Action" (
-5
) Any non-compliance to the Process Table items
or
to customer
specifications/drawings that affect Form, Fit or Function
of
the Product with Objective Evidence
I Note: Compliance to each Process Table item is rated as
fo
llows:
• Satisfacto1y = 1 point
• Not Satisfactory = 0 points
• Needs Immediate Action =
-5
points
•
Not
Applicable =
No
rating
1.2 Process
Appr
oach
The EAM-SSA supports the automotive process approach as described in IATF 16949.
1.3
So
ldering System Assessment Goals
The goal
of
the EAM-SSA is
th
e development
of
a soldering management system that provides for
continual improvement, emphasizing process control, pro-active defect prevention and the reduction
of
variation and waste in the supply chain (OEM, Tier 1, sub tiers).
