最近开始实习了,接到任务是复杂网络可视化,因为本人是物理专业,没接触过,所以花了一点时间去学习相关方面,做个总结也相当于自己的笔记。 目录 matlab复杂网络可视化 matlab+Gephi可视化 1.熟悉界面: 2.matlab到Gephi基操流程 (1)matlab数据导出 (2)数据处理 (3)Gephi软件可视化 matlab复杂网络可视化 首先是matlab如何对复杂网络可视化。matlab的内置函数graph就非常好用,可以通过输入邻接矩阵就可以得到网络图。也可以通过网络图输出边列表,通过sum()邻接矩阵行或列可以输出每个节点的度。 aa=[0 1 0 1;1 0 1 0;0 1 0 1;1 0 1 0];%输入邻接矩阵; g=graph(aa); figure();plot(g) hh=g.Edges;%输出边列表 另外,还可以调用更多的输入参数对网络图进行优化,直到画出一个满意的图像。这个可以参考帮助文件,写的非常详细清楚,这里不赘述。 matlab+Gephi可视化
