摘要: 随着人工智能技术的不断发展, 供应链物流行业呈现出了新的变化, 智能
设备、大数据计算和物联网技术等智能时代的产物已慢慢成为推动物流与供应链企业转型、
革新的重要推动力, 并将大大提升物流与供应链产业的运作效率。阐述人工智能的技术构架,
探究人工智能科技推动下供应链物流企业在物流基础设施、生产工具、物流运作流程方面的
升级变革, 从仓库选址、库存管理、仓储作业、运输配送、数据分析与预测五方面分析人工
智能对供应链物流领域的影响, 最后指出供应链物流领域在智能化发展中的问题, 并提出针
对性的建议, 促进现代供应链物流朝智能化方向更高效地发展。
Abstract: With the continuous development of artificial intelligence technology, the
supply chain logistics industry has presented new changes. The products of intelligent age, such
as smart devices, big data computing and Internet of Things technology, have gradually become
important for promoting the transformation and innovation of logistics and supply chain
enterprises, and will greatly enhance the operational efficiency of the logistics and supply chain
industries. This paper explains the technical framework of artificial intelligence, explores the
upgrade and transformation of logistics infrastructure, production tools and logistics operation
process driven by artificial intelligence technology, then from the five aspects of warehouse
location, inventory management, warehousing operations, transportation and distribution, data
analysis and forecasting, analyzes the impact of artificial intelligence on the supply chain logistics.
Finally, it points out the problems of the supply chain logistics fields which are developing of
artificial intelligence, and proposes targeted solutions in order to promote the efficient
development of modern supply chain logistics in the intelligentialiation.
人工智能简称 AI (Artificial Intelligence),是一种对人类思维进行模拟,然后生产出
像人类一样具备判断和反应能力的智能系统,人工智能技术一般是通过计算机程序加上相应
的硬件设施来呈现的。人工智能因其算法的开源性以及基于大数据和互联网的特点,在供应
链物流中的应用能体现出其解决方案多元化、精准化和解决效率高等优势,故逐渐成为全球
供应链物流经济发展的推动力。目前,已有多家供应链物流企业运用了人工智能技术,如美
国的亚马逊创建了智能物流中心、国内的京东和阿里巴巴分别打造了智能供应链平台和网络
智能物流节点等【2】,人工智能在供应链物流领域的发展势不可挡。分析人工智能技术对供
应链物流领域的影响和作用以及其在智能化发展中所存在的问题,并提出相应的建议,对供
应链物流的智能化转型和发展具有重要意义。
