摘 要
经查阅文献研究,本文针对高校项目管理信息化的需要, 应用微信小程
序、ThinkPHP5 框架、Vue 框架、MySQL 技术实现了一个运行稳定、交互性
好的教研项目管理信息系统,该系统是基于 Web 服务端和移动端协同管理的
系统。
本文围绕系统的项目申报人、项目评审专家(校教学指导委员会)、教务
处管理员、二级学院教务科管理员等角色需求完成系统设计与实现。其中,
当教务处管理员启动项目申报、项目名额分配等设置管理;项目申报人即可
通过 Web 端的项目申报模块完成在线申报,并通过移动端进行项目评审过程
的通知以及评审结果,也可通过 Web 端查看项目详情;二级学院教务科管理
员将申报的项目进行上报、逐级审批的申报过程;教务处管理员通过项目分
组投票模块启动在线投票的功能,此时,校教学指导委员会成员即项目评审
专家可通过移动端的项目预审、web 端的项目投票完成在线评审的过程,并
通过移动端的查看评审的结果。

Abstract
After reviewing the literature research, this article addresses the needs of
university project management informatization, using WeChat applets, PHP's
ThinkPHP5 framework, Vue framework, MySQL technology to achieve a stable,
interactive and good teaching and research project management information
system, which is based on Web server and mobile terminal collaborative
management system.
This article describes the whole process of system analysis, design and
implementation. The system interaction roles are divided into project applicants,
project experts (school teaching steering committee), administrators of the system
school affairs department of the system. Among them, after the school's
Academic Affairs Office starts the project declaration and the allocation of
project quotas, the project applicant can complete the online declaration through
the project declaration module on the Web side, and can notify the project
evaluation process and the evaluation results through the mobile terminal, and
enter the Web side to view Details of the project; the staff of the secondary
school's academic affairs department will pass the reported project through the
reporting module, and through the level-by-level approval of the mobile appraisal
staff of the secondary school to complete the application process to the school's
academic affairs office; the administrator of the academic affairs office can pass
the project group voting module The function of online voting is activated. At
this time, members of the school's teaching steering committee, that is, project
review experts, can complete the online review process through the project
pre-review on the mobile terminal and the project voting on the web terminal, and
notify the results of the review through the notification of the voting results on
the mobile terminal.
