摘 要
数控机床是一种装有程序控制系统的自动化机床。该控制系统能够逻
辑地处理具有控制编码或其他符号指令规定的程序,并将其译码,从而使
机床动作并加工零件。
数控车床是目前使用最广泛的数控机床之一。数控车床主要用于加工轴类、
盘类等回转体零件。通过数控加工程序的运行,可自动完成内外圆柱面、圆锥面、
成形表面、螺纹和端面等工序的切削加工,并能进行车槽、钻孔、扩孔、铰孔等
工作。
数控加工工艺包括分析零件图纸,确定工件在车床上的装夹方式、各表面的
加工顺序和刀具的进给路线以及刀具、夹具和切削用量的选择等。
数控编程就是将被加工零件的加工顺序、刀具运动轨迹的尺寸数据、工艺参
数(主运动和进给运动速度、切削深度)以及辅助操作(换刀、主轴正反转、冷
却液开关、刀具夹紧、松开等)等加工信息,用规定的文字、数字、符号组成的
代码,按一定格式编写成加工程序。

BSTRACT
CNC machine is equipped with an automatic machine control system. The
control system can be logically processing has control of code or other symbols, and
the procedures stipulated by the instruction decode, thus make the machine and
machining parts movement.
CNC lathe is currently the most widely used one of nc machine tools. CNC lathe
is mainly used for manufacturing axial and axisymmetrical parts. Through the nc
machining program operation. Cutting processing can be done automatically, such as
cylindrical surface, circular conical surface, forming surface, thread and head face
machining processes, and can be cutting, drilling, reaming, etc.
Nc machining process including analysis of parts drawing, determine the
clamping method of workpiece on a lathe, each clamping surface machining sequence
and tool for cutting, clamp and route and cutting dosages etc.
CNC programming is the process. In the process the processing data, such as
processing sequence, size of the trajectory data, process parameters (the movement
and feed movement speed, cutting depth) and the auxiliary operation (exchange of
tools, spindle positive & negative rotating, opening and closing of the cooling fluid,
the clamping and loosening of tools, etc)format into the processing programs using
the given words、figures and symbols.
