本次自动化毕业设计运用可编程控制器(俗称为PLC)与组态王对工厂排放的污
水进行处理和监控。我们用简单通俗的解释污水处理监控系统的含义可以表达为是对
工业污水水质的鉴定作出相应的处理方案,从而实现污水处理的自动化。
针对当前的污水处理工艺特点,构筑物的分布以及整体的控制要求利用组态王实
现现场实时监控,,与此同时选用可靠性和实时性能较好的PLC对污水进行监控,该毕
业设计方案将组态王6.55软件与西门子PLC结合起来运用到污水处理厂的实践之中,
在实践中集中体现出了PLC较高的可靠性,较强的适应能力、还有便于理解的操作性。
融和了较先进的自动化专业技术、计算机专业技术、通讯专业技术、故障诊断专业技
术以及软件技术实现了系统的自动化管理与故障诊断等多方面功能,基于上述努力,
实现其成本低廉,操作安全可靠,调试维护简单,可基本满足工业处理的使用。

Abstract
The automation of graduation design by using programmable controller (known as
PLC) with kingview process and monitoring of effluent from the factory. We use a simple
popular explanation of sewage treatment is the meaning of the monitoring system can be
expressed as the industrial sewage water quality appraisal make corresponding treatment
scheme, so as to realize the automation of wastewater treatment.
For the current sewage treatment process characteristics, the distribution of structures
and control requirement of the whole scene by using kingview, real-time monitoring, and
at the same time to choose better reliability and real-time performance monitor PLC in
sewage, the graduation design of kingview 6.55 software will be combined with Siemens
PLC applied to the practice of the sewage treatment plant, in practice focus reflects the
reliability of PLC is higher, the stronger ability to adapt, and easy to understand.
Harmony of advanced automation technology, computer professional technology,
communication technology, fault diagnosis system of the professional technology and
software technology to achieve the automation management and fault diagnosis of
aspects of function, based on the above efforts, to achieve its low cost, safe and reliable
operation, simple maintenance, can basically meet the use of industrial processing.

绪论
中国作为世界上最大的发展中国家,经济迅猛发展全面建设小康设计,实现“中国
梦”的同时,也伴随着水资源的严重短缺和污染,虽然我国年平均水资源储量巨大,排
名在世界范围排名比较靠前为第六位,但是作为世界上人口最多的国家,我国人口众
多,把这些水资源平均下来,也就是除以13亿的人口,再多的储量在这个除法计算下
也会捉竿见低,这样一来也变成了世界性的缺水国家之一。即但面临这么严重的水资
源形势,我国的水资源却一直没有得到高效的循环利用,循环高效的利用水资源一直
是我国的短板,污水处理方面对污水处理成本居高小下,质量也堪忧,排放的污水及
时经过处理后水质也不理想,所以创建一套高效,可靠的自动控制系统,减少运行的
费用,对于当前我国的经济发展就具有重要的现实意义。
