第一章 前 言
本数控系统采用 32 位微处理器、大规模现场可编程门列矩阵 FPGA,实时控制高速
度(最高速度可达 20000mm/min)、高精度(控制精度可达 1um);采用 8 寸分辨率为
800x480 点阵的真彩色 LCD 显示器,在整机结构更为紧凑合理。
本系统是以车床为代表的二坐标联动、开环控制普及型全数字式数控系统,功能强
大,指令丰富,直接控制交流伺服系统,符合 ISO 国际代码标准。
