摘 要
国家的繁荣富强与每一个人都息息相关密不可分并且关系密切，无论是从事
最底层的工作的城市清洁工、工地上的民工、街边自己售卖自制商品进行生活的
小商小贩；还是有一定的经济地位可以在电视中，采访中，各类访谈节目以及广
大影视剧中看到的各类财富榜富豪，一些演艺明星，学者教授等等都与国家的强
大和稳定是密不可分相辅相成互相成就的关系。因此实际上来看，作为一个新时
代的青年，作为一个祖国未来的建设者，作为一个了解过中国近代史，明白在清
朝末年遭受过列强侵略，疯狂瓜分中国土地，且长期处于国际劣势地位状态，靠
着反抗日本侵略者且奋发图强一步一步一个脚印，全靠自己的双手努力才走到目
前这个位置的国家，可以说国家中的每一个个体，虽然是独立存在的，但其实又
是密不可分的，因为国家兴旺则个人也会跟着有好的生活，有更好的条件，若是
国家孱弱，毫无话语权，那么生活也很难以为继只能终日无所事事，你空有一身
报国热血也无法发挥出来。因此国家的兴旺富强繁荣兴盛与我们每个人都息息相
关，这也是本次开发强国有我党建网站的初衷，也是本次研究开发工作的实际背
景，相信如果每个人都以强国为己任，都以国家繁荣富强为奋斗目标，那么国家
还会有更好的发展，还会有更加强大的时候就在不远的将来。
强国有我党建网站采用 JAVA 语言来进行开发，因为 JAVA 语言作为主流的
web 开发语言，其技术成熟，较为对各类开发者友好，社区也有十分多的文档，
同时搭配 SSM 框架进行使用，可以做到更加高的开发效率帮助完成本次的开发
和设计，在本次的开发选用的数据库为 MySQL 数据库，MySQL 数据库可以很
好的连接和搭配本次使用的 JAVA 语言，同时数据库也是一个开源免费完全不需
要花钱的良心数据库，使用免费版本已经足已完成本次要实现的开发和设计的功
能，最后本次的开发使用工具为 eclipse，本工具在实际的开发使用中也是程序员
进行 java 开发的不二选择，虽然目前后继者也有，但这个是完全开源免费的因
为很适合本次开发工作，综上所述本次的开发与设计工作室用了目前语言排行榜
第一的 JAVA 以及流行的 web 框架 SSM，同时使用了 MySQL 数据库实现数据
的储存，最后确定了 eclipse 作为我们的 IDE 环境。

在目前数字化的进程越来越深入的时代背景下，一切皆可数字化信息化使我
国在追求的目标，可以使用便捷高效无纸化的方式就完全没有必要浪费人力财力
物力且效率低下的来完成这类型的操作，基于这些原因和目的以及开封背景，本
次的强国有我党建网站为管理者提供了一个高效，易使用，方便上手的系统，从
该类型系统的前景来看，还是有一定的前景的。

ABSTRACT

development efficiency to help complete the development and design of this, in this
