Some general notes:
-antparset.m does not work any more, use arrayparset.m instead to get some example arrays
-with AntennaArray.m any kind of antenna geometry and field patterns can be generated
-also, you can load Arrays.mat which includes a simple array with isotropic antennas
-use layoutparset.m and layout2link.m to get linkpar
e.g. linkpar = layout2link(layoutparset(1,1,1,Arrays));

indexing is now performed by substracting min(MsXY(1,tmpMs)) from the actual MsXY. Please note the +1. Consider

leave out 2*xtra). The same ist true for sub2ind, if we want to find the index for the mobile at min_x, we need the xtra+1th
element of the grid not the xtrath (that would happen in the old code).

generate_bulk_par.m
- Powers for LoS cases apply Ricean K-values. This is correct for the determination of the azimuth angles. However, for the powers saved in bulk_parameteres struct this is not correct.
- Ricean K factors are taken into account later in the generate_H.m function. Changes accordingly are done in lines 360 and 516-518. K-factors can take negative values and as long as the use of correction factor D is valid, this is not good (delays are negative as well). Hence, the Ricean K-factor is limited to 0dB. Changes accordingly in lines 226-229. Probably not needed after the K-factor is drawn from the distribution.
- Bad urban:
All of the users exhibit bad urban effect (long delay). MsBsDist -distances are doubled. Changes accordingly in lines 202-217.
Every occurrence of SF
changed to FS
(far scatter). Not sure where SF came from.
Last two delays for every user are put to MsBsScatDist/3e8 in the output delays. Changes accordingly in lines 293-295.
- Added rows 230-232 to restrict the K-factor below 20dB
- Removed the validity check of MsBsDistance (rows 187-198) --> moved to pathloss.m (rows 45-47)
ScenParTables.m
- Takes StreetWidth as input.
- D1 LoS AS_D_mu and AS_A_mu changed according to D111.
- A2/B4 values updated according to the combined scenario in the draft of D112. Both scenarios are still left
