基于Halcon的普通工件目标检测方法

为提高工业中工件尺寸检测的精确度,提出一种基于 Lanser算子的亚像素边缘检测与基于亚像素的形状选择函数 相结合的方法。对目标系统进行标定、区域提取,通过该检测方法对目标区域进行检测,对目标轮廓进行基于 Tukey算法 的鲁棒性拟合,对目标轮廓进行目标特征计算,得出目标轮廓的亚像素尺寸。实测结果表明了该检测方法的有效性,与基 于 Blob分析检测方法相比,克服了光照不均情况下边缘的精确检测问题,提高了检测的准确性和快速性。
