在基础饲料中添加0.08g/kg黄霉素为对照组饲料,添加15g/kg中草药I、20g/kg中草药II、0.2g/kg合生素、0.6 g/kg复合酶作为试验组饲料,用上述5种饲料在水泥池中饲养日本沼虾40 d.测定日本沼虾胃、肝胰脏中的胃蛋白酶、类胰蛋白酶、淀粉酶及肠道中的蛋白酶和增重率.结果表明,试验组添加剂对胃、肝胰腺消化酶(胃蛋白酶、类胰蛋白酶)及增重率有显著性影响(P<0>0.05);除合生素组中胃组织的胃蛋白酶、中草药Ⅱ组的胃组织类胰蛋白酶、胃淀粉

Flavomycin

feed additive

maxed with basal feedstuff
to

control group feedstuff and the added level

Four kinds of feed additive , which were Chinese herbal medicine 1 , Chinese herbal medicine n , syn-
biotics and compound enzymes
, were maxed with basal feedstuff separately
to
form
trial group feedstuffs. The added lev-

respectively. The experimental Macrobrachium Nipponense in-
dividuals were cultured in concrete tank for

d feeded with the five kinds of feedstuffs. Then , the activities of amylase ,

and pepsin in the stomach and the hepatopancreas , as well as the activity of intestine protease , and the relative
weight gain rate were investigated. One-way

the activities of digestive enzymes in the stomach and the hepatopancreas

The experiment shown that the relative weight gain rate and most of the digestive
enzymes activity items of flavomycin group were significantly lower than that ones of other groups respectively
