摘 要
:
针对煤矿中性点非有效接地方式电网
,
提出一种调感变阻尼法来实时测量配电网的对地
参数
,
即在中性点经消弧线圈正常运行情况下
,
测量中性点位移电压
,
投
入阻尼电阻
,
调节消弧线圈
电感
,
使得中性点位移电压达到阻尼电阻投入前的值
;
然后变换阻尼电阻
,
记录另一个稳态中性点
位移电压
,
再次调节消弧线圈电感量
,
使得中性点位移电压回归到调感前的值
;
最后
,
根据两组实验
测得的零序电压幅值及相应的电感
、
阻尼电阻
,
精确计算出系统分布电容和绝缘电阻
。
通过建立仿
真模型并进行仿真
,
验证了该测量方法的准确性
。
该调节方法能计算出系统对地参数

配电网的电

并准确判断出系统线路整体的绝缘性能

Application of Adjusting Inductance and Converting Resistances Method
in Measuring Grounded Parameters of Power Distribution Network

Abstract: In view of the neutral point none-grounding power system,proposes the adjusting inductance and
converting resistances method to measure the grounded parameters of power distribution network timely. Under the
normal operation of neutral point arc suppression coil,measures the zero-sequence phase displacement voltage,puts
the damping resistance and adjusts the arc suppression coil,so that keep the first amplitude of zero sequence
voltage constant. Then repeatly switching in damp resistance among the arc suppression coil,meanwhile adjusting
the arc suppression coil,so maintains the second amplitude of zero sequence voltage constant. The capacitance and
resistance can be calculated accurately according to the measurement information. Finally, the simulation
experiments were carried out in PSCAD to verify the correctness of this tuning method. This method not only simply
operates,but it can measure the grounded parameters with high precision. What’s more,it only need to measure
less data and easy to access,which doesn’t affect from the natural imbalance of power net. This method can be
used in not only the pre-tuning arc-suppression but also the casual-tuning one.
