recent years, with the power electronic devices (such as IGBT, MOSFET), PWM
s w i t c h i n g p o w e r s u p p l y t e c h n o l o g y a n d d e v e l o p m e n t o f t h e t h e o r y , a n e w
g e n e r a t i o n o f p o w e r b e g a n t o g r a d u a l l y r e p l a c e t h e t r a d i t i o n a l p o w e r s u p p l y
c i r c u i t s . T h e c i r c u i t i s s m a l l , f l e x i b l e t o c o n t r o l t h e o u t p u t c h a r a c t e r i s t i c s o f a
good, ripple, load adjustment rate and so on.

t e m p e r a t u r e r i s e , a n d o t h e r o u t s t a n d i n g a d v a n t a g e s o f s m a l l s i z e , t h e
communication equipment, CNC equipm ent, Instrumentation, video audio, home
a p p l i a n c e s s o w i d e l y u s e d i n e l e c t r o n i c c i r c u i t s . H i g h f r e q u e n c y c o n v e r t e r
s w i t c h i n g p o w e r s u p p l y s o m a n y f o r m s o f c o m m o n l y u s e d w i t h p u s h - p u l l
co nv e r t e r, f u l l b ri dge , h a lf br idg e, s in g le - en d ed fo r war d a nd th e fo rm of si n gl e -
ended flyback. In this thesis, two-side driver IC - TL494 PWM pulse output of the
c o n t r o l l e r d e s i g n c a r a u d i o p o w e r s u p p l y i n u s e a s a s w i t c h M O S F E T , c a n
i m p r o v e t h e e f f i c i e n c y o f t h e p o w e r t r a n s f o r m e r, i s c o n d u c i v e t o i m p u l s e n o i s e
suppression, but also can reduce the size of the power transformer.
