摘要
在高校扩大招生的形势下,宿舍管理的工作变得越来越繁重和琐碎。学生对
宿舍管理的要求也在不断提高。所以这就需要一个系统,并且具备运行速度快、
安全性高、稳定性好的优点,而且具备完善的报表生成、修改功能,能够快速的
查询学校所需的住宿信息。一个学生宿舍管理系统主要是要方便宿舍管理人员
的工作,提高其工作效率,不仅可以方便广大学生,而且还可以方便于教师和相
关人员。
本系统可以对学生、宿舍、宿舍修理以及夜归等信息的查询和修改。主要分
为宿舍、管理员、系统、帮助4个大模块,宿舍模块又划分为学生基本信息、管理
员、报修、夜归、离校信息等5个模块,管理员模块划分为管理员信息系统和值班
记录,系统又可分为维护、断开等等。
管理员可以方便的管理学生的各项信息,达到简化工作的目的。本系统主要
使用PowerBuilder开发工具进行的系统开发,数据库用其自带的Adaptive
Server Anywhere数据库工具。PowerBuilder
9.0,它是完全按照客户/服务器体系结构研制设计的,采用面向对象技术,图形
化的应用开发环境,是数据库的前端开发工具。其具备开发系统简单快速的特点
。Adaptive Server
Anywhere这种数据库具有大型数据库的特点,例如完善的管理工具支持(Sybase
Central)、触发器、存贮过程的支持、用户权限管理等。还有一个优点就是安装、
移植比较方便,它的数据库只有两个文件:一个DB文件,用于保存对象定义以及
数据;一个LOG文件,用于保存日志。

Abstract
Under the situation of enrollment expansion of colleges and universities,
dormitory management work is becoming increasingly onerous and trivial . Student
dormitory management requirements are also rising. So this requires a system , and
have to run fast, safe, good stability , and has a perfect report generation, modification
capabilities , accommodation information needed to quickly query the school . A
student hostel management system is to facilitate the work of the main dormitory
management staff to improve their work efficiency, the majority of students can not
only convenient , but also convenient for teachers and related personnel.
The system can be for students, hostels, dormitories and repair of late
information query and modify. Divided into quarters, administrators , systems to help
four major modules , the module is divided dormitory for students basic information,
administrators , repair , of late , leaving information such as five modules , the
administrator module is divided into information systems administrator and duty
records , the system can be divided into maintenance, disconnect , and so on .
Administrators can easily manage all student information , the purpose of
simplifying the work. The main use of PowerBuilder development tools for system
development , with its own database Adaptive Server Anywhere database tools .
PowerBuilder 9.0, which is fully in accordance with client / server architecture and
designed , using object-oriented technology , graphical application development
environment , a database front-end development tools. Its ability to develop the
system simple and fast characteristics. Adaptive Server Anywhere database that has
the characteristics of such a large database , such as a sound management tool support
(Sybase Central), triggers, stored procedures support , user rights management.
Another advantage is that installation, migration is more convenient, its database is
only two files: a DB file to save the object definition a log and data.
