Advanced Speed Optimizer
Installation:
1. Download the module to your computer
2. Upload the archive and install it in WordPress
3. Activate the module
4. When the module is active, in your main WordPress menu you will see “Advanced Speed
Optimizer”, open the page
Guide
1. If you want to automatically compress future images without having to come to this page and
compress them, make sure the “Compress future images” is turned on, it should be green. Take
into account this will slow the upload of a new images as after upload the image and all image
sizes will be compressed, so when doing mass imports, you may want to disable this.
2. Select the image quality to use, the lower the quality score, the more aggressive the
compression, but it may come at a price of quality loss, we recommend setting around 80%
3. For existing images, you must select the image sizes and press the “Compress” button and wait
until all images are finished, the browser must stay on until they finish or the process will be
interrupted
