摘 要
随着当前计算机技术和网络技术的飞速发展,各种信息系统和平台也有了充分的发展,
这就要要求走失人口档案信息处理的方方面面都要有均衡的发展,无论是后台处理软件还是
前后端硬件,都需要把用户信息、走失人口档案信息以及各类其他信息管理提升到一个更高
的层面。本文想要设计开发的一种走失人口档案库也是信息化发展的各类系统中至关重要的
一部分。
基于 Java Web 的走失人口档案库使用 B/S 模式完成系统开发,系统有管理员功能、用户
功能模块等。管理员可以使用系统完成相关的操作,包括基础信息管理、用户信息管理、走
失人口信息管理等各类相关信息,用户也可以利用本平台检索并添加走失人口档案信息。本
系统实现了信息的交换与共享,并且可以进行统一的信息管理。通过对前端采集到的信息进
行整合、分析和加工处理,对信息进行控制和管理。走失人口档案库是可以非常直观反映出
用户所需的信息查询,能够非常便捷的掌握走失人口档案各类信息的动态。该系统可以大大
提高使用者和管理者的使用效率,切实提供了准确、及时的走失人口档案信息服务,帮助各
类使用者减少了大量信息管理和处理的效率,也在另一方面提高了信息化水平的发展。
基于 Java Web 的走失人口档案库可以让用户使用电脑就能完成系统运行,并且完成信息
处理。另一个优势就是,用户能快速完成信息管理,并能保证信息管理的准确性。该系统由 Java
技术编码完成,使用 Eclipse 编程环境。在界面布局中,应用到了 JSP 技术,同时,采用 MySQL
数据库更加高效的完成数据存取。

Abstract
With the rapid development of current computer technology and network technology, various information
systems and platforms have been fully developed, which requires the balanced development of all aspects of
information processing of lost population files, whether it is the background processing software or the front and
back end hardware. Needs to be upgraded to a higher level of management of user information, lost population
records, and all sorts of other information. This paper wants to design and develop a lost population archive,
which is also a crucial part of all kinds of systems in the development of information technology.
The lost population archive based on JAVA Web uses B/S mode to complete the system development, the
system has administrator function, user function module, etc. Administrators can use the system to complete
relevant operations, including basic information management, user information management, lost population
information management and other related information. Users can also use this platform to retrieve and add lost
population file information. This system realizes the exchange and sharing of information, and can carry on the
unified information management. By integrating, analyzing and processing the information collected from the
front end, the information is controlled and managed. The Lost Population Archives can directly reflect the
information required by users, and can easily grasp the dynamics of all kinds of information in the Lost
Population Archives. The system can greatly improve the efficiency of users and managers, effectively provide
accurate and timely information services for lost population files, help all kinds of users reduce the efficiency of a
large amount of information management and processing, but also improve the development of information level
on the other hand.
The missing population archive based on JAVA Web enables users to complete the system operation and
information processing by using the computer. Another advantage is that users can quickly complete information
management, and can ensure the accuracy of information management. The system is coded by JAVA technology,
using Eclipse programming environment. In the interface layout, the application of JSP technology, at the same
time, the use of MYSQL database more efficient completion of data access.
