摘 要
伴随着科技进步和经济全球化,网络拼车行业在服务内容、服务方式、

服务质量上面临着日益加剧的竞争和严峻的挑战。在此背景下,网络拼车
自助服务系统已成为各大网络拼车运营商在激烈的市场竞争中迎接挑战
和竞争的法宝之一。本论文的研究主要集中在网络拼车自助服务系统的设
计和实现上,介绍了一种基于三层 Client/Server 结构的网络拼车自助服务
系统的研究和设计方法。
首先,本文在介绍国内外网络拼车自助服务系统使用情况的基础上,
探讨了系统设计的意义和目的,并分析了系统设计的要点和所应用到的关
键技术;然后本文从系统设计目标、整体结构、业务逻辑处理系统、自助
终端管理、自助服务终端等方面详细介绍了系统的总体设计;同时又进一
步从系统数据库的设计、业务逻辑处理的实现、自助服务终端功能的实现
等方面阐述了系统的具体实现方法;最后叙述了该系统的实际应用情况,
指出了该系统的不足之处,并提出了今后的改进思路,同时展望了自助服
务系统的发展前景。
网络拼车自助服务系统已经在 XXX 等地进行了实际应用,有效地缓解
了网络拼车行业的服务压力,提高了服务质量,同时对于其他行业自助服
务系统的实现具有一定的参考价值。

ABSTRACT
With scientific and technological progress and economic globalization, the
telecommunication trade faces severe challenge and competition on service
content, service method and service quality, which is being aggravated day by

day. Under this background, the self-service system has already become one of
the magic weapons for victory in the market full of fierce challenge and
competition among large telecommunication operators. The research of this
thesis concentrates on the design and implementation of telecommunication
Self-service system (TSS). A research and design method of TSS is proposed
based on three-layer client/server model.
First of all, based on the introduction of self-service system used in
telecommunications trade in international and domestic at present, the article
discusses feasibility and meaning of developing this kind of TSS; the key of
designing TSS and the critical technologies will be applied are expounded.
Secondly, the article introduces the system design of TSS from many aspects
such as the intention of design, structure of system, subsystem of business
logical transaction, subsystem of terminal management and self-service
terminal etc. Then the specific methods of realizing this kind of TSS are
mentioned by explaining the design of system database, by implementing of
business logical transaction and function of self-service terminal etc. Finally,
the article describes the real application situation of TSS, points out the
shortcut of system. The way of improving on it and the long term potential of
system are also mentioned.
This kind of TSS has got practical application in such places as Hunan
Unicom and Jiangxi Mobile, which has alleviated the telecommunication
service pressure effectively, and improved the service quality evidently.
Besides, this thesis has certain reference value to the realization of the
self-service platform of other trades.
