房屋交易系统
摘要
随着电脑技术的不断进步,为了满足用户网上查询房屋,进行房屋买卖的需求,跟随电子商务发展
的步伐,建立了本房屋交易系统。
本房屋交易系统是一个服务于在用户的 C2C(Custom to Custom)的交易网站,为广大用户提供了
平等互利、方便快捷的交易空间。通过本房屋交易系统,用户通过计算机平台进行查找房屋信息,进行
网上房屋的交易,同时实现了用户发布房屋信息的功能,给用户房屋交易带来了极大的方便。比起传统
的房屋交易,房屋交易系统更加迅捷,实时性强,信息充裕,发展空间巨大。论文详细论述了本房屋交
易系统的设计和实现过程,根据用户的需求开发功能模块,为用户提供一个房屋交易的平台,具有操作
简单、界面简洁、稳定性强、灵活性好、系统安全性高等特点。
该房屋交易系统的设计与实现基于 B/S 结构,采用 JSP 动态网页技术和 MYSQL 数据库作为后台数据
库设计开发,充分保证了系统的稳定性、安全性。

Housing trading system
Abstract
With the continuous progress of computer technology, in order to meet the user online query housing, the
demand for housing transactions, follow the pace of development of e-commerce, the establishment of the
housing trading system.
The house trading system is a service provider in the user's C2C (Custom to Custom) trading site for the
majority of users with equal and mutually beneficial, convenient and efficient trading space. Through the
housing trading system, the user through the computer platform to find housing information, online housing
transactions, while the user to publish the housing information function, to the user housing transactions
brought great convenience. Compared with the traditional housing transactions, housing trading system more
rapid, real-time strong, abundant information, the development of a huge space. This paper discusses the
design and implementation process of the housing transaction system in detail, and develops the functional
module according to the needs of the users. It provides a platform for the user to have a house transaction. It
has the advantages of simple operation, simple interface, strong stability, good flexibility and high system
security. Features.
The design and implementation of the housing transaction system is based on the B / S structure, using
JSP dynamic web page technology and MYSQL database as the background database design and development,
and fully guarantee the stability and security of the system.
