摘 要
目前高校毕,毕业生就业工作意义尤为重大但形势又特别严峻。党中央和国务院高度重
视高校毕业生就业工作,及时作出了一系列决策部署,多措并举拓展就业渠道,千方百计帮
助高校毕业生顺利毕业、尽早就业。目前高校毕业生已经离校,但还有部分毕业生仍未就业,
就业工作不能断线只能加强。要带着责任和感情,持续为离校未就业毕业生提供服务、再送
一程,使毕业生成为国家的顶梁柱。
21 世纪的今天,随着社会的不断发展与进步,小康社会的全面普及,人们对于信息科学
化的认识,已由低层次向高层次发展,由原来的感性认识向理性认识提高,管理工作的重要
性已逐渐被人们所认识,科学化的管理,使信息存储达到准确、快速、完善,并能提高工作
管理效率,促进其发展。
论文主要是对毕业生就业信息管理系统进行了介绍,包括研究的现状,还有涉及的开发
背景,然后还对系统的设计目标进行了论述,还有系统的需求,以及整个的设计方案,对系
统的设计以及实现,也都论述的比较细致,最后对毕业生就业信息管理系统进行了一些具体
测试。
本文以 jsp 为开发技术,实现了一个毕业生就业信息管理系统。毕业生就业信息管理系
统的主要使用者分为管理员、学生、就业导师、企业,管理员如下权限;首页、个人中心、
学生管理、就业导师管理、企业管理、招聘信息管理、历届毕业生就业信息管理、面试邀请
管理、投递的简历管理、系统管理;企业如下权限;个人中心、学生管理、招聘信息管理、
面试邀请管理、投递的简历管理;就业导师如下权限;个人中心、学生管理、企业管理、招
聘信息管理、历届毕业生就业信息管理、系统管理;学生如下权限;个人中心、企业管理、
招聘信息管理、历届毕业生就业信息管理、面试邀请管理、投递的简历管理;前台首页:首
页、招聘信息、新闻资讯、我的、跳转到后台等功能。通过这些功能模块的设计,基本上实
现了整个毕业生就业信息管理系统的过程。
具体在系统设计上,采用了 jsp 技术在动态页面上进行了设计,后台上采用 Mysql 数据
库,是一个非常优秀的毕业生就业信息管理系统。

Abstract
At present, the employment of college graduates is of great significance, but the situation
is particularly grim. The Party Central Committee and the State Council attach great importance to
the employment of college graduates, and have made a series of decisions and plans in time. They
have taken various measures to expand employment channels, and tried every means to help college
graduates graduate smoothly and get employment as soon as possible. At present, college graduates
have left school, but there are still some graduates who are not yet employed. The employment
work can not be cut off, but can only be strengthened. With responsibility and emotion, we should
continue to provide services for the unemployed graduates and make them become the mainstay of
our country.
Today in the 21st century, with the continuous development and progress of society and the
comprehensive popularization of a well-off society, people's understanding of information science
has developed from a low level to a high level, from the original perceptual knowledge to rational
knowledge, and the importance of management has been gradually recognized by people. Scientific
management makes information storage accurate, fast, perfect, and can be improved Work
management efficiency, promote its development.
This paper mainly introduces the graduate employment information management system,
including the current situation of the research, and the development background involved. Then it
discusses the design objectives of the system, the requirements of the system, and the whole design
scheme. It also discusses the design and implementation of the system in detail. Finally, it makes
some research on the graduate employment information management system Specific test.
In this paper, JSP as the development technology, to achieve a graduate employment
information management system. The main users of graduate employment information management
system are administrator, student, employment tutor and enterprise. The administrator has the
following authority: home page, personal center, student management, employment tutor
management, enterprise management, recruitment information management, previous graduate
employment information management, interview invitation management, resume management and
system management; enterprise has the following authority; individual has the following authority
