摘 要
社会发展日新月异,用计算机应用实现数据管理功能已经算是很完善的了,但是随
着移动互联网的到来,处理信息不再受制于地理位置的限制,处理信息及时高效,备受
人们的喜爱。本次开发一套智能实时疫情监管服务平台有管理员,用户,信息员三个角
色。管理员可以管理所有用户信息和基础信息,统计用户健康信息,指挥调度,管理确
诊人数,管理感染者,系统管理等。信息员主要采集用户健康信息,问题上报,问题处
理,查看管理员发布的各种信息。用户主要可以查看自己的健康信息采集信息,查看自
己的数据分析,查看和统计确诊人数和感染者人数。智能实时疫情监管服务平台服务端
用 Java EE 开发,用 SSM 框架开发的网站后台,数据库用到了 MySQL 数据库作为数据
的存储。这样就让用户用着方便快捷,都通过同一个后台进行业务处理,而后台又可以
根据并发量做好部署,用硬件和软件进行协作,满足于数据的交互式处理,让用户的数
据存储更安全,得到数据更方便。

Abstract
With the rapid development of society, the use of computer applications to realize data
management functions is already very complete, but with the advent of the mobile Internet,
the processing of information is no longer subject to geographical restrictions, and the
processing of information is timely and efficient, which is much loved by people. This time, a
set of intelligent real-time epidemic monitoring service platform has been developed, which
has three roles of administrator, user and information officer. Administrators can manage all
user information and basic information, count user health information, command and dispatch,
manage the number of confirmed cases, manage infected people, system management, etc.
Information staff mainly collect user health information, report problems, deal with problems,
and view various information released by administrators. Users can mainly view their own
health information collection information, view their own data analysis, view and count the
number of confirmed and infected people. The server side of the intelligent real-time
epidemic monitoring service platform is developed with Java EE, the website background
developed with the SSM framework, and the database uses the MySQL database as the data
storage. In this way, users can use it conveniently and quickly, and they all process business
through the same background, and the background can be deployed according to the amount
of concurrency, using hardware and software to cooperate, satisfying the interactive
processing of data, and allowing users to store more data. Safe and easy to get data.
