Abstract
This design paper mainly introduced the current background and the significance of
study,which elaborated the tendency and development of autohoist in domestic and foreign
country. And it has carried on the design and the computation to hydraulic system and the
rotation organization of the autohoist, including the contrast of hydraulic system design
program,and the choice of the rotation organization structural.Moreover it also made some kinds
of the examination on the important spareparts.
The design of the rotation organization structural begins with the speed of the rotation
organization, determins the velocity ratio, and chooses the internal motor.And it also capulatats
the shaft coupling and the gear. Finally, it also carries on the examination of the main spare parts,
finally the rotation speed which the rotation organization requests is realized.
