摘 要
人们对衣物质量逐渐提高,普通的机洗难以清洗顽固污渍,达成快速
又干净洗衣效果的洗衣机成为新的研发方向。目前市场中已存在超声波类
型的洗衣机,由于其结构复杂,成本昂贵,导致普通家庭对于此类洗衣机
望而却步。通过本次设计希望将内部相关结构简化,够降低生产成本,并
且符合稳定可靠原则。
超声波发生器产生一定频率的电能并将该电能提供给换能器,超声波
洗衣机换能器在通过内部特有的转换元件对接受的电能进行转换,将接收
过来的超声频电能转换为声能。在超声的作用下会产生空化效果,当产生
负压时,在洗涤液中会产生形状微小的真空洞穴,在形成这一现象的同时
溶解在洗涤液中的空气会很瞬间进入真空洞穴,与此同时形成气泡;而当
形成正压时,所存在的真空洞穴气泡会被压缩,当气泡超过临界值时被压
破,被压破的气泡破灭的瞬间会产生几百甚至几千个大气压的冲击波,冲
击波直接作用在衣物表面,附着在衣物表面的污渍被击碎,并且随着水流
飘散而去达到去污目的。清洗油渍衣物时,气泡破灭产生的能量会将附着
在衣物表面的油膜击碎,油膜与洗涤液发生化学反应,从而达到良好的洗
衣效果。
本设计主要利用 SolidWorks 对超声波洗衣机进行结构设计,包括滚桶
的设计以及超声波装置的设计。通过查取机械设计手册完成了电动机的选
型。通过查找机械设计手册对螺纹轴进行了计算与校核,对皮带进行了设
计与计算。以及超声波洗衣机的实物制作,包括电机选型,超声波装置的
设计。在实际制作过程中会对部分结构进行优化及更改,以便能将衣物清
洗的更加干净。

Abstract
The quality of clothes is gradually improving, ordinary machine washing is
difficult to clean stubborn stains, and the washing machine to achieve fast and
clean washing results has become the new research and development direction.
Ultrasonic type washing machines already exist in the market today, and their
complex construction and high cost make them a deterrent to the average family.
With this design, it is hoped that the relevant internal structures will be
simplified enough to reduce production costs and comply with the principle of
stability and reliability.
The ultrasonic generator generates a certain frequency of electrical energy
and will provide the electrical energy to the transducer, the ultrasonic washing
machine transducer through the internal unique conversion element of the
received electrical energy conversion, will receive the ultrasonic frequency
electrical energy into sound energy, under the action of ultrasound there is a
cavitation effect, and when negative pressure is generated, tiny shaped vacuum
cavities are created in the washing fluid, the air dissolved in the detergent at the
same time as this phenomenon enters the vacuum cave very instantaneously, and
at the same time forms air bubbles, and when positive pressure is formed, the
vacuum cave bubbles that exist are compressed, when a bubble is compressed
above a critical value, the moment the compressed bubble bursts it produces a
shock wave of hundreds or even thousands of atmospheric pressure, the shock
wave acts directly on the surface of the garment, and the stain is broken up and
dissipated with the water flow to remove the stain. When washing oiled clothes,
the energy generated by the bursting of air bubbles will break the oil film
attached to the surface of the clothes, and the oil film will react with the washing
liquid, thus achieving a good washing effect.
This design uses SolidWorks for the structural design of the ultrasonic
washing machine, including the design of the drum and the design of the
ultrasonic device. The selection of the motor was made by consulting the
mechanical design manual. Calculation and verification of threaded shafts by
searching the mechanical design manual, and the belt was designed and
calculated. As well as physical production of ultrasonic washing machines,

引 言
19 世纪 50 年代,世界上第一台洗衣机在美国匹茨堡一位叫汉密尔顿史
密斯的工人手中问世。这台洗衣机主要由圆桶以及内部桨状轴构成,与轴
相连的曲柄一同在轴的摇动下转动
[1]
。因为这台洗衣机在使用时需要人力去
摇动,且对衣服有较大的的损伤,因而再后来人们就摒弃了这台洗衣机,
但是这台不成熟的洗衣机却成为了新世纪机器取代人力洗衣的代表与开端。
随着时间推移,“捣衣杵”式洗衣机在德国问世,其原理是利用安装弹
簧的木槌在洗衣桶内做往复运动来不停敲打衣物,但对衣服仍有不小的损
伤。到了 19 世纪 90 年代末,欧洲的清洗工厂中出现了最新型的多边形手
摇洗衣机,在放好洗涤液后,通过机器带动洗衣机内部的多边形滚压装置
不断的揉搓挤压衣服,以此达到清洗效果。自此以后搓衣板、木棒槌这些
洗衣工具逐渐走向历史,工作繁重的人们再也不用为清洗过多的衣物感到
烦恼。
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,各种各样的家用电器在人们的家中不
断出现,而洗衣机早已成为当下年轻家庭中不可缺少的家用电器。通过查
找相关资料可知,我国目前市场中的洗衣机样式较为齐全,按照洗涤类型
可分为三种,分别为波轮式洗衣机、搅拌式洗衣机和滚筒式洗衣机。第一
种波轮式洗衣机具有非常传统的洗涤方式,绝大多数为立式洗衣机,在工
作时筒底部的波轮旋转产生漩涡,通过正反转产生漩涡不断搅动衣物达到
洗涤衣物的目的。第二种搅拌式洗衣机作为一种圆筒洗衣机,搅拌式洗衣
机的内部安装了不同方向的轴以及一定数量的叶片,搅拌式式洗衣机在工
作时叶片可以通过从不同方位进行转动,不断搅拌衣物,从而达到清洗效
果。这种采用圆筒型的搅拌式洗衣机在功能性上较为突出,能够基本满足
普通家庭清洗衣物的要求。但是其结构复杂,在出现故障时需要专业的维
修人员,处理较为麻烦,而且需花费大量时间来完成洗涤工作。第三种滚
筒洗衣机也是如今最受欢迎洗衣机,其具有内外双筒且在工作时产生的噪
声非常小,节省水资源。
按照洗衣机自动化程度也可分为三种,第一种普通型:在大多数农村
家庭中普通型洗衣机数量更多,因为人们的生活节奏较为缓慢,人们完全
可以自主操作完成洗涤程序,这就是传统洗衣机,多半为波轮式的洗涤方
