摘 要
随着科学技术的飞速发展,检具作为产品质量检测的专用设备,其在机
械制造行业,汽车行业,航空航天,国防以及科研领域等的使用越来越多,
现已成为机械行业中不可或缺的检测设备。当前,检具的设计研发,制造
生产都处于非常有利的发展阶段。这是因为:1.国有经济持续稳定发展。国
家为了促进机械制造行业的发展,扩大了对机械制造行业的投资,同时推
出了许多推动机械制造行业发展的有力措施;2.随着 WTO 的加入,国际贸
易组织对机械产品的要求降低、发达国家调整自己的产品结构和中国逐步
成为世界上最大的工业大国这一趋势的显现;各种产品检具的研发设计,
加工制造将会有很大的发展空间。检具是机械生产加工企业为了控制产品
的外形和各种机械尺寸,而特殊定制的一种专用的测量工具,非常适用于
大批量生产的产品,如汽车零部件等。检具可以代替很多专业的测量工具,
如卡尺、卡规、塞规等量具。现如今自动化水平的提高,如果将检具融入
到自动化装配生产线,不仅可以提高生产效率,还可以提升产品的质量。
在制造业发展的推动下,国内的企业开始逐步研究专用检具,以代替测量
工具,检测生产的产品。
本文对汽车离合器片检具进行设计,主要的内容包括:顶升机构的设
计,并精准达到始末位置;夹具的设计,通过扭力开关控制夹具的夹持的
松紧,防止夹持过紧坏产品件,或者加持过松影响检测精度;减速器的设
计,通过减速器将伺服电机的转速降低;最后整体的控制,是通过 PLC 系
统进行对整个系统的控制。

Abstract
With the rapid development of science and technology.As a special
equipment for product quality inspection.It is used more and more in machinery
manufacturing industry, automobile industry, aerospace, national defense and
scientific research fields.Now it has become an indispensable testing equipment
in the mechanical industry.At present, the design, development and
manufacturing of inspection tools are in a very favorable development
stage.This is because: 1. The state-owned economy has sustained and stable
development.In order to promote the development of machinery manufacturing
industry.We have expanded investment in the machinery manufacturing
industry.At the same time, many effective measures to promote the development
of machinery manufacturing industry are put forward;2. With the accession of
WTO.The requirements of the International Trade Organization for mechanical
products are reduced.The trend that developed countries adjust their product
structure and China gradually becomes the largest industrial country in the
world appears;R & D and design of various product inspection
tools.Processing and manufacturing will have a great development space.In
order to control the shape of products and various mechanical dimensions,
inspection tools are used by mechanical production and processing enterprises.A
special measurement tool is specially customized.It is very suitable for mass
production.Such as auto parts, etc.Inspection tools can replace many
professional measuring tools.Such as caliper, caliper, plug gauge and other
measuring tools.Now with the improvement of automation level.If the
inspection tool is integrated into the automatic assembly line.It can not only
improve production efficiency.It can also improve the quality of
products.Driven by the development of manufacturing industry.omestic
enterprises began to gradually study special inspection tools.Instead of
measuring tools.Test the products produced.
In this paper, the design of the checking tool for automobile clutch plate is
carried out. The main contents include: the design of jacking mechanism. And
accurately achieve the beginning and end positions; the design of fixture. The
clamping tightness of the clamp is controlled by the torque switch. To prevent
the product parts from being damaged due to too tight clamping. Or the

of the reducer reduces the speed of the servo motor through the reducer;At last,
the whole system is controlled by PLC system.
