Abstract—The development of mobile terminals, 3G and
networks, has brought strong momentum and broad prospects to
the development of applications based on mobile internet
[1][2][3]. On the other hand, users hope to get the information
they want at anytime, anywhere through mobile devices rather
than relying on a PC. This paper puts forwards an e intelligent
information integration system based on Android mobile devices.
Using middleware technology [4][5], web service technology [6]
and lightweight XML parsing technology, the system takes
individual needs of customers as the center, setting up a "digital
application of Mobile Box" for each user, providing users with a
variety of mobile multimedia applications and service that meet
personal needs. The intelligent information integration system
has been realized on the Android platform, and runs well
providing intelligent space for users’ personalized service.

I. INTRODUCTION
Mobile terminals’ features, miniaturization, intelligence and
multimedia, brings more and more applying experience based
on mobile internet to users. The development of mobile internet
provides powerful carrying capacity for large amounts of data
and rich capabilities for operational support. On the other hand,
a growing number of business models, puts a powerful impetus
to the development of mobile internet applications. Mobile
terminals are not just traditional telecommunication facilities;
they can play a more important role in the development of
mobile internet. This paper puts forwards an intelligent
information integration system based on Android mobile
devices, building “customer service intelligent space”,
integrating all the personal applications into one, extending
desktop OA system to mobile devices seamlessly, ultimately
achieving the target that all are in hands.
The platform is divided into two routes: first, the server-
side line with the use of the popular B / S architecture, the
existing Oracle10g back-end database, a powerful Java
development language achieving the cross-platform strategy.
The platform with a MVC [7] framework can improve the
system robustness, efficiency, clear framework level and
reduce the mobile end-user’s waiting time. The CSS
technology is used to adjust the styles so that the interface
presented to the mobile terminal users can be made more
friendly.
Second, the client routes: using popular Android system as
platform’s support, relying on the mobile internet technology,
data fusion engines and middleware technology, setting up a
"digital application Mobile Box", it aims to provide "customer
service intelligent space". The use of XML is to achieve server-
side and client information in real-time interaction. Lightweight
database sqlLite optimizes data storage and data management,
speeds up the client's running, and improves users’ experience.
In the stunning user experiences, the target that all are in hands
can be realized ultimately.
The system has three different characteristics compared
with traditional applications. Individualization, customers can
select and customize the business, cancel and delete the
unsatisfying applications according to their preferences.
Intelligence, the system operates intelligent reasoning based on
various types of information, extracts valid data by using data
mining technology, selects the services they need most for
customers automatically. Precision, the management platform
can easily monitor the usage of applications accurate to users,
track the user's consumer behavior according to accurate
statistical analysis and provide data support for effective
marketing strategies.
