摘要
随着大数据、物联网等互联网技术的产生,外部环境发生了强烈的变化,
市场不确定性增强,企业的生存发展更加困难、复杂。互联网+、大数据、平台
战略、生态系统等新内容颠覆了传统企业的商业模式创新方式,改变了原有的
行业竞争规则。大批后发企业难以向高价值区进行跨越,企业生产发展出现困
局。而颠覆式商业模式创新是后发企业在劣势下实现对在位企业赶超的有效战
略工具。因此,企业如何在新环境下进行颠覆式商业模式创新以适应发展趋势
与获得持续竞争优势,对后发企业实现赶超颠覆至关重要。
本文采用单案例分析与扎根理论研究方法,以海尔集团为案例,探索并梳
理该企业商业模式演化过程,并对互联网思维视角下颠覆式商业模式创新演进
机理进行分析,为企业的商业模式创新提供借鉴。
主要包括以下内容:
(1)通过对相关文献研究的回顾与整理,界定了互联网、颠覆式创新、商
业模式的概念、内涵、特点等,并对现有研究结论与现状进行初步总结,为后
续的研究提供理论基础。
(2)采用扎根理论,依据程序化编码对选定的案例企业资料进行编码分析,
并在此基础上形成互联网环境下的颠覆式商业模式创新演进系统框架。
(3)整理并分析编码结果,得到案例企业的演进系统框架,并按照演进动
因—演进载体—演进结果的范式进行机理分析,探讨主范畴如何推进企业进行
颠覆式商业模式创新。
研究结果表明:互联网环境下,企业的颠覆式商业模式创新是一个不断变
化的过程,在驱动因素的影响下改变原有商业模式与市场地位。互联网环境加
快了企业实施实施颠覆式商业模式创新的进程,企业结合互联网思维在价值主
张、价值创造、价值传递、价值获取方面进行优化设计,根据自身资源能力实
施颠覆式商业模式创新,获得价值利益。
本文的研究结论拓展了颠覆式创新和商业模式创新的理论应用范围,也为
制造业企业在互联网环境开展颠覆式商业模式创新提供了参考。

Abstract
With the emergence of big data, Internet of things and other Internet
technologies, the Internet environment has brought great challenges to traditional
enterprises. The dynamic environment has brought increasingly strong market
uncertainty, and the survival environment of enterprises is more complex and
dynamic. Internet plus, big data, platform strategy and ecosystem have overturned the
business model innovation mode of traditional enterprises and changed the original
industry competition rules. A large number of late - developing enterprises are
difficult to cross over to high - value areas. Subversive business model innovation is
an effective strategic tool for latecomers to catch up with incumbents at a
disadvantage. Therefore, how to carry out disruptive business model innovation in the
new environment to adapt to the development trend and obtain sustainable
competitive advantage is of great importance for latecomers to catch up with and
overthrow.
This paper adopts the single case analysis and grounded theory research method,
takes haier group as the case, explores and sorts out the evolution process of the
enterprise's business model, and analyzes the evolution mechanism of subversive
business model innovation from the perspective of Internet thinking, so as to provide
reference for the enterprise's business model innovation. The main contents include:
(1) Review and alienate the relevant theoretical research on disruptive
innovation, business model and Internet, define relevant concepts, and preliminarily
summarize the existing research conclusions and status quo, so as to lay a theoretical
foundation for the follow-up research.
(2) Based on the grounded theory, the code analysis of selected case enterprise
data is carried out according to the program of open coding -- axial coding -- selective
coding, and on this basis, the system framework of subversive business model
innovation evolution under the Internet environment is formed.
(3) Analyze the coding results, analyze the mechanism of the formed

evolutionsystem framework according to the paradigm of evolution cause-evolution
carrier and evolution result, and discuss how the main category can promote the
enterprise to carry out subversive business model innovation.
The results show that under the Internet environment, the enterprise's subversive
business model innovation is a changing process, under the influence of driving
factors to change the original business model and market competition pattern. The
Internet environment provides the driving force of the external environment for
enterprises to implement disruptive business model innovation. Enterprises should
optimize the design in terms of value proposition, value creation, value transmission
and value acquisition by combining the Internet thinking, and implement disruptive
business model innovation according to their own resource capacity to obtain value
benefits. The research conclusion of this paper theoretically enriches and expands the
application scope of disruptive innovation and business model innovation, and also
provides a reference for manufacturing enterprises to carry out disruptive business
model innovation in the Internet environment.
