工业生产中需要良好的人机界面对现场的设备进行检测与控制,传统的方法是采用
控制面板上的文字来表示操作按钮的功能,数字表或者模拟表来显示现场设备的数据,
存在可读性差的问题。目前,在现代化的企业中,可编程控制器与组态软件结合提供了
设计良好人机接口的方法。设备得到更好的监控
本课题主要设计多种液体混合装置组态设计的组态控制系统,通过PLC和组态软件
技术的应用,实现控制液体的流量、混合比例、以及对混合装置工作过程的监控。旨在
培养我们解决实际工程问题的能力,实践动手能力及现场分析问题和解决问题的能力;
设计使用的可编程控制器(PLC),功能强大,系统配置灵活,根据控制要求灵活方便地
进行系统配置,组成不同I/O点数和不同功能的控制系统。
