工程项目等国民经济各行各业和人民日常生活之中。自动识别技术是以计算机
技术和通信技术的发展为基础的一种多学科综合性科学技术。目前,条码技术
是最成熟、应用领域最广泛的一种自动识别技术。
组态软件是伴随着计算机技术的突飞猛进发展起来的。随着个人计算机的
普及和开放系统(Open system)概念的推广,基于个人监控系统呈现出智能化、小
型化、网络化、PC 化的发展趋势,并逐渐形成了各种标准的网络结构、硬件规
范。组态软件在自动化系统的“水平”和“垂直”集成中起着桥梁和纽带的作
用,已成为自动化系统中的重要组成部分。
本系统采用了基于组态王软件与 PLC 结合一般条码阅读器的货物自动识别
系统,给出了系统的结构、软件设计和组态过程。采用 PLC 作为下位机提高了
采集信号及控制信号的精度,并且可以现场修改程序,维修方便。使用组态软
件,用户可以方便的构造适应自己需要的“数据采集系统”,实现实时数据监
控管理,保证信息在全范围内的畅通,以适应现代化生产的需要。

Abstract
Goods identification technology after years of development have become more
mature, has been infiltrated into the commercial, storage, post and
telecommunications, transportation, library management, medical and health,
industrial production process control and military equipment, the project, such as the
national economy and people of all walks of life day-to-day life. Automatic
identification technology is based on computer technology and communication
technology based on the development of a comprehensive multi-disciplinary science
and technology. At present, the bar-code technology is the most mature, most
applications of a wide range of automatic identification technology.
Configuration software is accompanied by the rapid advances in computer
technology developed. With the popularity of personal computers and open systems
(Open system) to promote the concept, based on personal monitoring system showing
a smart, small, network-based, PC-based development trends, and gradually formed a
variety of standard network architecture, hardware norms. Configuration software in
the automation system of "horizontal" and "vertical" integration plays a role of bridge
and tie, has become an important automation system components.
The system-based software and PLC Kingview general combination of bar code
reader system of automatic identification of goods, given the structure of the system,
software design and configuration process. The use of PLC as the next-bit machine to
improve the signal and control signal acquisition accuracy, and can modify the
program site, to facilitate maintenance. The use of configuration software, users can
easily adapt to their needs the structure of the "Data Acquisition System", to achieve
real-time data monitoring and management to ensure that information flow within the
scope of the whole in order to adapt to the needs of modern production.
