Application Use Cases
• Analyst Local Switch Box for portable data collector
– The ability for an analyst to locally switch between module to collect data with a
portable data collector.
– System Must give the analyst the machine and module name so they can switch
to the correct channels.
• Local HMI at each panel with small feature set, Main HMI in central
location with full feature set.
– An HMI with a low enough cost that it can be put on the door of each Dynamix
panel. This gives us:
• Local real time data display
• Local channel status
• Local Alarms

Main Screen
• Main screen displayed on system start-up
• Top Banner is:
– Dynamix Sequencer name
– Current Machine Name and Current Module Name
• Black background when Machine and Module are On scan
• Flashing Black / Grey background when Machine and Module are on Dwell
• Grey background when Machine and Module are Not on scan
• Navigation keys at the bottom
• Seconds Total – total scan time for current module
• Seconds Remaining – time remaining on scan for current module

Dwell Screen
• Operator select the module they wish to Dwell on with the Up or Down
Arrow keys.
• Operator presses Enter () key to start Dwell
• Current Dwell Module is show with Black background
• Lists all Machines and Module in the sequencer
