opencv libs文件太大,没有放到项目里,你需要到https://opencv.org/releases.html下载3.3.1的Android pack,解压,将OpenCV-android-sdk\sdk\native\libs下的文件拷贝到项目OpenCvJava\OpenCvLibrary\libs下,不拷贝的话你还可以在手机上安装OpenCV-android-sdk\apk\OpenCV_3.3.1_Manager_3.31_armeabi.apk
