摘要:本次毕业设计的主要内容是分析 M7120 型平面磨床电气控制系统组成
构建,然后利用 PLC 控制对 M7120 型平面磨床的电气控制部分进行改造。是
为了更加清楚的认识和改造 M7120 型平面磨床的电气控制系统以便解决传统
继电器-接触器电气控制系统存在的线路复杂,故障诊断和排除困难等难题。由
于 PLC 具有极高的可靠性,极丰富的指令集,易于掌握,便捷的操作,丰富的
内置集成功能,实现特性。因此,使 M7120 平面磨床在完成原有的功能特点
外,还具有安装简便、稳定性好、易于维修、扩张能力强等特点。

Abstract: the content of this graduation design is mainly required analysis of type
M7120plane grinding machine electric control system construction, then the use of
PLC control on M7120type planar grinder electric control part of the transformation.
In order to more clearly understand and transform of type M7120plane grinding
machine electrical control system in order to solve the traditional relay - contactor
electrical lines exist in a complex control system, fault diagnosis and rule out the
difficulty. Because PLC high reliability, extremely rich set of instructions, easy
control, convenient operation, rich built-in integrated function, realize the
characteristic, therefore, the M7120plane grinding machine at the completion of the
original features, but also has the advantages of easy installation, good stability, easy
to repair, expansion capability and characteristics.

1 引言
在制造工业和过程工业中,大量的开关量顺序控制,它按逻辑条件进行顺
序动作,并按照逻辑关系进行连锁保护动作的控制,及大量离散量的数据采集。
传统上,这些功能是通过气动和电气控制系统来实现的。随着产品机型的更新
换代,生产线承担的加工对象也随之改变,这就需要改变控制程序,使生产线
的机械设备按新的工艺过程运行,而继电接触器控制系统是采用固定接线的,
很难适应这个要求。大型自动生产线的控制系统使用的继电器数量很多,这种
有触点得电器工作频率较低,在频繁动作的情况下寿命较短,从而造成系统故
障,使生产的运行可靠性降低。
现在,PLC 的出现解决了这一问题。PLC 在处理模拟量能力、数字运算能
力、人机接口能力和网络能力比之大幅度提高,PLC 逐渐进入过程控制领域,
